We had a wonderful stay at City Sea Views Apartment. The apartment was recently renovated and had a fresh, new furniture smell. The view from the living room sofa was breathtaking and the organization of the apartment was very impressive. It was conveniently located, with the city center just a 20-minute walk along the beach and a big shopping mall within walking distance. The free parking in front of the building was a plus, and the soundproofing made our stay peaceful and relaxing. our expectations were exceeded.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely, clean and modern apartment in Alicante, just a short walk from the beach. The view from the living room sofa was breathtaking and the apartment had a fresh, new furniture smell. The location was perfect, with nearby tram stations and a shopping mall within walking distance. Despite a couple of minor issues like a clogged shower drain and a broken car wiper in the parking lot, my overall experience was great. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us early access to the apartment and providing helpful guidance. I would definitely recommend City Sea Views Apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Alicante.

The apartment was recently renovated and smelled of new furniture. The view from the living room sofa was awesome and the organization of the apartment was neat and clever. It was conveniently located, with the city center a 20-minute walk along the beach and a big shopping mall within walking distance. The free parking in front of the building was a plus, and the soundproofing of the windows was great.
There were a couple of issues during our stay. On the first morning, we had an issue with the hot water, but it eventually sorted itself out.

This apartment is amazing! The city and sea views from the apartment are absolutely stunning. As a business traveler, waking up to such a beautiful sight really made my day.
Although the apartment had a bidet in the bathroom, I personally didn't find it necessary and didn't use it. But I understand that some guests might appreciate having this feature available.

our stay at the apartment was amazing. The modern and clean interior truly exceeded our expectations. The view from the living room was breathtaking and the location was convenient, with tram stations nearby and a short walk to the beach promenade. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay in Alicante.
Drainage in the shower was clogged.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. It's also conveniently close to the tram station and within walking distance of the town center. the renovated room is clean and modern, with a lovely view from the living room sofa. the free parking and soundproof windows are a definite plus. It even surpasses expectations with its clever organization and new furniture.
It would have been great to have a toaster and some English-speaking channels on the TV.

The apartment was absolutely amazing! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning city and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver for our family, and having a washing machine was so convenient. Plus, the flat-screen TV and air conditioning made our stay even better.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion!
